Refund policy

Damaged goods/shipments must be reported to GSFH upon receipt. All returns require prior authorization, no returns or exchanges after ten (10) days from receipt. Products are nonreturnable if not in new and original condition, have bourkes installed or custom/special orders. Original shipping charges and processing fees are nonrefundable, customer is responsible for all shipping fees for returned and warranty items. Restocking fee of 20% may apply, this will be considered on an individual basis.
