Refund policy

Damaged goods/shipments must be reported to GSFH upon receipt. All returns require prior authorization. Helmets may be returned or exchanged within thirty (30) days from receipt. For all other items, such as parts, accessories and tools, no returns or exchanges after ten (10) days from receipt. Products are nonreturnable if not in new and original condition, have bourkes installed or custom/special orders. Original shipping charges and processing fees are nonrefundable, customer is responsible for all shipping fees for returned and warranty items. No restocking fee on unworn helmets in original condition. On all other items, a restocking fee of 20% may apply, this will be considered on an individual basis.
