Return Policy

Granite State Fire Helmets Disclaimer: Damaged goods/shipments must be reported to GSFH upon receipt. Any return requires prior authorization, no returns or exchanges after ten (10) days from receipt. Products are nonreturnable if not in new and original condition, have bourkes installed or are a custom/special order. Original shipping charges and processing fees are nonrefundable; customer is responsible for all shipping fees for returned products. A restocking fee of 20% may apply; this will be considered on an individual basis. Repair/Warranty issues: Please contact GSFH initially with pictures of the situation and the Phenix sticker inside the dome of the helmet showing the model of the helmet and the manufacturing date. Our office will start the initial contact with Phenix in reference to evaluations / repairs / replacement — the final decision is that of Phenix Technology. Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable and must be paid in full prior to the order being placed with Phenix Technology. Cancelled orders are subject to a processing fee - a minimum of $35 will be charged for a processing fee, and a check will be mailed to the customer in reference to the amount due from a paid invoice.
